Register by 2 November 2026 to avoid ASB’s €40 late fee per exam.
College Board regular-order deadline: 13 November 2026. After that a College Board late-order fee of US$40 per exam may also apply, and a place is not guaranteed until the AP Coordinator confirms it.
The €115 figure is ASB’s quoted euro amount for the College Board fee, not a guaranteed exchange rate.
The AP Coordinator will send payment instructions after you register.
Preparation courses are separate: the first AP course is free for enrolled ASB students; each additional course is €1,500.

5. Exam day: bring your own laptop

Every student must bring their own fully charged laptop and charger to each AP exam. ASB does not provide laptops. Install the College Board Bluebook app on it and complete exam setup before exam day — full instructions are in your confirmation email. Also bring a passport or national ID card.

7. Consent and acknowledgements

I consent to the American School of Bulgaria storing the personal information in this form in its school system (SOS) to administer my AP examination registration, fees, exam-day arrangements and score follow-up. *I consent to the American School of Bulgaria passing this registration information to the College Board (USA) to order my AP exam(s), set up my exam registration and report my scores. *I have read the fees, deadlines and conditions on this form and agree to pay all applicable ASB and College Board fees for the exam(s) selected. *I understand that I must bring my own fully charged laptop (with charger and the College Board Bluebook app installed and set up) to every AP exam.
